The Encore fitness and spa center is located on the 3rd floor of the OKO tower, where guests can spend their free time from work and entertainment. + Room space and quiet
− The room cleaning is poor and without interest. When booking, they say there is a fitness center, and when I asked, they said you pay $180 per workout!! If you exercise daily, do not book with them.
+ Staff at reception was always good and cooperative, thumbs up
− Room was different what I paid for. Room service told the reception at checkout that they can not wash the electric cattle so they charged for a new cattle at check out. So be aware don’t use their cattle.
