+ Polite staff, clean room, silently at night time!

+ Food was good. Had variety of fruits, nuts, cereals, yogurt, pancakes, meat, porridge, vegetables and hash brown, etc. Taste could have been better. Vegetables less cooked. Also had bread, variety of crossiant, tea/coffee.
− The entrance. Had heavy luggage. Needed to go down using steps and then take elevator to 4th Floor. Reception was in the 4th floor which was inconvenient. The steps at the entrance was a big inconvenience.
+ Never tried the bar/food but the entire hotel was very clean, functional, and the staff was excellent. Great value for price.
− A very strong smell of incense/spice in the hallways. It was a nice smell but too much. It actually hurt my nose... Smell wasn't in the room though, only the hallway.
