+ That it was cheap
− The walls of the room were dirty. The table and other stuff in the room was broken / didnt work. Loud sounds from the street nearby. And a bad smell in the whole hotel.
+ Nice staff, good breakfast, decent rooms.
− Location is very bad, like 7 minutes from the tram, because you have to go around in circles to get there. The only way to reach the hotel is either by car or walking on the bicycle lane and then through McDonald's parking lot.
