+ I really liked the area! And how clean it was! Everyone of the staff was really friendly! I also really liked how comfortable the bed was! So it was a nice little spot perfect for just going and resting.
− So the only complaint I have is that I didn't receive my refund for my next stay... The front desk assured me that all my money would be refunded after cancelling booking due to the law of needing some sort of document to stay there after being there for 7 days in russia. I did the steps and cancelled and stayed at a different place but never received my refund... So I’m disappointed that I got lied to. But other than that I know its business and they are doing their job.

− The location of the hotel is only convenient for those who have their own car! The metro is not far, but it is inconvenient to walk 500m in the snow on cold winter days! I didn't even see a store around.
