+ It is a quiet location. And cool inside (temperature wise).
− The bed/mattress is very uncomfortable and squeaky. The sofa bed was much better. The linen and towels smell damp - obviously they were dried in damp conditions. The kitchen: the cutlery cups and glasses were all dirty. I had to wash them with my hands as the kitchen sponge smelled disgusting and old and I threw it away. Just nasty and not worth the money. No extra toilet paper. Kitchen utensils and crockery were dirty.
