− Bad treatment, the bathroom has no drain, the reception asked and we paid 10,000 rubles extra because we were only 45 minutes late and the checkout was 12, lack of respect for guests, lack of cleaning and entering the room without permission, and they told us the AC is work than they said we don't need it in Moscow !!! It doesn't work !

− Water heater was not working from the beginning until we left the hotel, we could not get shower because water was so freezing
+ Great hotel! Staff were really friendly, room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was delicious and the location was great! Would definitely return here and recommend to others.
+ Staff was great and the bathroom was very nice!
− For an international hotel we were a bit surprised there were no plug connection for our phones. The bed sheet had a hole in it and it the furniture could use some updating.
