− working staff are nice, but hostel is dirty, service terrible, it is just like a homeless shelter. last day I found a dead bed bug in my bed. no toilet paper all the time. you need to buy and use your own. there is a kitchen, but there is no fire. only microwave.

− the room is very small and narrow, the facilities are old, totally unlike what is shown on the picture. the staff cannot speak English at all. and cannot give registration card for foreigners.
