− I made a reservation as a suite room, but the room given to me at the hotel was nothing like it. They gave me a deluxe room instead. The room smelled terrible, when I wanted to change room I was told I had no choice. When I wanted to move to a larger room, I was told that I had to pay more money, even though I had already booked that room. As a result, I switched to a standard room and the price difference was not refunded to me. The reception was not polite at all, it was difficult to find the place. It is also located above the hotel car wash, which even works at night. You can hardly sleep because of the noise.
