+ Just the view and the location
− When I wanted to go upstairs to floor 47, the security made me wait ten minutes to confirm that I had a reservation, and when I went out and came back again, they made me wait again to confirm. As soon as I spoke in English, he hung up the phone, and when I called again and spoke English as well, he closed it, but when the security spoke to him in Russian, he answered him.
