+ Well appointed, spacious one bedroom suite, really comfortable bed, great bathroom with both shower and a bathtub, two sinks. good quality toiletries. Very clean. The balcony is also a plus. A nice, elegant lobby, small but clean and lovely rooftop pool area, nice gym. Relaxing outside lounge area at the ground floor. Very reasonably priced minibar items. Extremely warm and welcoming staff, from the reception to restaurants area, everybody actually. They work hard, but always with a smile. All the meals were fresh and delicious, the dinner desserts were amazing at the Ostro restaurant. The hotel is located very close to a metro station, there are some supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. All in all, a very good value for money, definitely would recommend.
− Nothing crucial, maybe sometimes a bit slow service at lunch/ dinner. The staff at the restaurants worked really hard, so I guess maybe there is not enough of them.
