+ Excellent, very polite and nice people, excellent breakfast, the room is clean and you don’t hear noise from outside which I really appreciate. Location is just next to a mall and a metro station. Keep the good work.

− The pool area must be improved and maintained! Tiles are falling apart and broken, jakuzzi was not working during our four nights stay because of technical problem!

− When we came there, we were surprised a see a pool party with alcohol this afternoon. Suppose to be Premier Inn promote them-self as a family hotel but at least must supervise the drunk dressed persons jumped into the swimming pool. Our kids were forced to leave a pool as there were no chance to swim in this mess. Loud music and screams are bothered other guests as well.
