Novotel Moskva Kievskaya Hotel is located in the center of Moscow, within walking distance from Kievskaya metro station and Kievsky railway station, from where guests can get to Vnukovo Airport by Aeroexpress. Guests can visit the shopping gallery adjacent to the hotel, where more than a hundred shops are located on 4 floors. The shopping gallery is represented by several concepts: Outlet, Beauty, Sport, Entertainment. It offers shops, outlets, car dealerships, beauty salons, a fitness club, a billiard club, karaoke, a supermarket, a cafe and a restaurant. The hotel offers Umberto Italian cuisine restaurant, as well as IbisKitchen European cuisine restaurant, 24-hour lobby bar and 24-hour room service. An ironing room is available on the floors of the hotel. The price includes access to the In Balance wellness center and fitness club with sauna, hammam, massage room, seventeen-meter swimming pool and children's pool. A SPA complex with author's massage programs and grooming procedures. A summer rooftop terrace with views of Moscow City, where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The terrace is open from May to October. The space is suitable for events of various formats. In summer, jazz concerts and Stand-up events take place on the terrace. − Bathroom light was weak; bathroom privacy; no conditioner; changing bed’s sheets were not regular; parking is expensive
+ NOVOTEL is once again offering its own breakfast and it's a real step up. The quality is excellent, and thankfully, it’s no longer the basic IBIS-style canteen breakfast we've had in the past. A much more pleasant atmosphere, and definitely a better start to the day!
− NOVOTEL no longer offers its own breakfast service, which used to be very good. Now, guests are required to have breakfast at the neighboring IBIS hotel, in a rather unimpressive canteen-like atmosphere. This is unacceptable.

+ the hotel is near the exit of subway of Kievskaya. and there are many malls around the hotel the room was very conveninet, clean and comfortable. Wi-fi is really fast it's very clean

+ Everything was just perfect. Worth the price Room was clean. It is nice that gym is available at the property. Though it is not big, it is nice to have a good workout while u are on vacation. Personnel is really nice and helpful

− terrible hotel with unprofessional staff. we booked 2 rooms one for me and one for my younger brother, they refused to let him stay in the room after 10 PM even though he was checked in as a guest. this was only resolved when escalated to zen hotels. we paid for breakfast but they shut it 2 minutes after we sat down, we were not even allowed to get coffee. to summarise the staff doesn't care at all about anything. absolutely terrible experience. definitely avoid!!! The rooms are tiny and look nothing like in the photos they don't even change bed linen daily even after telling them the worst staff ever encountered. No one is interested in helping or even doing their job. everything is straight away said NO to without even checking. even the manager doesn't care
