+ Not far from rigga metro station
− They made me pay additional amount for the second gust 80 AED per night , because of the booking information that was showing onegust , even though the room i booked was double room and in any other hotel in UAE this is not the practice
+ its Downtown Deira area which have access to all city
− its very Noise hotel, the music will be very loud at night i couldn't sleep Well, its not hotel family friendly
