+ The room was ok
− Location is ok The same everyday
− The reception is very bad and treat us very bad and force me to pay extra AED 100 for the room as extra bed while I did not ask for it. The entire experience is very bad.

− Not good service, rooms were not clean enough. Telephone didn’t work in the room. AC didn’t work properly!! Breakfast was not good at all!!
