− It was the worst experience of my life! Although I wrote many emails to the apartment manager to prevent him of my late arrival, nobody was here to open the door and we had to stay outside in Moscow the whole night because everything else was full (World Cup)! We could only enter into the apartment at noon the next day. During our whole stay the manager refused to recognize his responsability and tried to reject all the blame on Ostrovok and myself. I would never recommand this apartment to anyone as the service was awful and the "24 Hour reception" simply doesn't exist. The manager doesn't care about his guests and only cares about money. I forgot to mention that the air conditioner didn't work and although the manager promised to fix it, nothing was done. Stay far away from this apartment! This is my only advice.
