+ everything was okay without the receptionist's horrible behaviour

The receptionist lady's behaviour was horrible even though at one point because of her super horrible attitude i told her i live in belarus and my wife and baby are from there. She doesn't speak English so i was using Google translator and i was showing her the translation in my phone and she threw my phone away and told me to learn russian and then come to visit Russia 🤣🤣🤣. so for travelling into Russia now i need to learn russian? and after check in was done i asked her where is the shoe shelves/ shoe rack to put the outdoor shoes and surprisingly she was again misbehaving with me. I really felt that maybe i was staying there for free of cost and i was asking some big favour to her. i wish i could throw my dirty shoes to her face.
