+ Breakfast and location were perfect!
+ The bathroom and the room itself was clean. The air condition was working.
− I didn't like the location. There are not many shops around and it's far from the centre. The reception area was dirty. There was a coffee maker in the room but you had to pick up the coffee pods from the reception. My room was smaller than on the photo.
+ The location of the hotel was great as it’s close to where my son lives. It was a nice, spacious hotel and close to good transport links. The bathroom area was fantastic! Breakfast was lovely with a good gluten free selection and very accommodating kitchen staff.
− The room was a bit ‘stark’ with no carpet, rug, pictures etc. Opposite to website description as ‘cozy’. It was lovely to have a Nespresso machine in the room but the coffee pods were not replenished after the first day (neither was the face flannel). For a 4* hotel, I expected more than a generic hand/hair/body wash. Conditioner and body lotion would have been lovely (but that may be because I was travelling light and couldn’t bring those myself)!
