− The hotel doesn't meet 4 star standards: 1. The room is less than 15m². 2. Bed sheets were not changed. It took me two days and 3 times asking reception to change the dirty bed. 3. The dust persists on all horizontal surfaces above people's eyes. They just don't clean the dust. 4. Minibar, refrigerator, sofa, and tea pot were missing in our room. 5. The swimming pool was made of mosaic tiles and some of them were missing and opening sharp corners of other tiles. It was very easy to get injured by them. 6. The room they call "hammam" has nothing similar to casual hammam. So I think this hotel should have only 3 stars, it does not qualify for a 4 star hotel.
