− Valet service was a bit slow most of the time.
+ Location was good, not too far from the mall. Hotel staff all of them including the cleaning staff were really nice.
− The bathroom wasn’t that clean, it had limescale and we had to ask for that to be cleaned. Pool was a bit busy at times.

+ The hotel is located near DIFC on Sheikh Zayed Road. It is about 400 m from the wtc metro station. The area is nice and easily accessible with lots of eating options. The breakfast is nice with sufficient choices for both vegetarian and non vegetarian. The live stations can be better but overall a nice mix. The room was very modern with latest amenities. The bed was comfortable but the room size and air conditioning could have been better Very clean and nice. The staff was professional and changed our room to a higher floor when it became available. Overall a very professional place.

+ In World Trade Centre zone, 1 Metro stop from the Financial Centre (DIFC) and Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa Room has plenty of space, light, great view and bed is very comfortable.
