+ Location

− Room service. Cleaning, pillows terrible

+ Amazing hotel with great services and friendly staff. Near supermarket and public transport. We had a wonderful vacation.

+ I had a wonderful stay at the Continental Hotel, and I especially want to thank Alexander from the concierge team. He was incredibly helpful throughout my visit — always attentive, kind, and professional. From arranging transport to offering excellent recommendations, Alexander went above and beyond and truly made me feel well taken care of. He is definitely a great asset to the hotel. Overall, thanks to Alexander’s outstanding service, I still had a very enjoyable experience, and I would return again — hoping the WiFi improves in the future.

− The only downside was the WiFi, which was very poor during my stay. This made it difficult to stay connected, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

+ What didn’t I like? This hotel used to be the intercontinental and the high standards have transcended to the Continental! Incredible room with a wonderful view. Service was top notch…even got a birthday cake from the management while out of the room….very nice touch! It was a five star experience and can’t wait to go back! Thank you Continental Hotel!!!

− I surprised about the toilet is very dirty, especially the WC when I removed the cover it is very dirty no one clean it from long time it became green color. noisy no voice isolation between the room

+ Everything was perfect the staff welcome us very fast and they were very helpful and kind to us the stays was very comfortable and I loved everything

+ Top hotel , real value for money , you have to pay double or more for Carlton , etc and you get the same

+ Everything was perfect and stuff are very friendly and helpful.. they helped us in everything and moments. Special thanks to the concierge for their help and support. They add a reason for us to visit Moscow again.

+ it is in Teverskaya st., in city center, near the metro station Pushkinskaya. the room and bed was comfortable, the extra bed was normal. our suite does not have any bathtub. the small bath had steam sauna and it was dangerous for my little daughter.

+ Hotel is located in one of my favorite areas of the city center. There is 24 hrs fitness and sauna open till 22:00, but they were cool to let me stay there even a bit later. There is a small but well stocked and decently priced Magnolia grocery store on the opposite side of Tverskaya. Another nice room feature not always present at five star hotels was an electric kettle with varieties of teas/coffee, as well as a fridge, without annoying “mini bar” offers. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room has the ability to be properly darkened. Toiletries in the bathroom were of high quality

− I typically don’t like glass doors in the bathrooms such as was found in my room and I don’t change my opinion after staying here. Water was expectedly spilling onto the main floor from the shower and I actually banged my toe to blood on the floor bracket that holds the glass door, on the way to the toilet. Just an annoyance, doesn’t affect my overall impression with the hotel or the room

+ The hotel has great design in rooms and the prices are reasonable if you choose early, i realy like that it has so many close facilities like the currency wxchange next door and the coffee shop beside it, on the other hand it is close to many attractions like the red square and the zoo and if you need a market or pharmacy it is close by, my mistake is that i only booked for three days, and had the rest in another hotel, will be visiting again for sure, if the services and accommodations continue to be this good.

− The shower head wasn’t swithing from top to hand properly, didn’t bother me but thought it is worth a mention, I’m sure they would’ve fixed it if i said anything.
