+ It’s location and inverionment
− -AC units are not satisfactory,poor cooling -maintenance is required at Wash rooms, Their telephones inside the rooms are from last decades and required to be changed.
+ near the metro and the mall
− not very clean for a 4 star hotel.. the location is in Pakistan and Indian hood, and near Tivoli and soccer stadium.
