+ The service.
− The hotel itself was ok, but the shower had mould all threw it, and the towels were stained. Friendly staff though.
− Even we are late check in on that day, there is no room amenities in the room like tooth brush, tooth paste, bathroom room slipper and towels. And reception said there is QR code in the room to order from In room dining and there is no QR code. And the worst one is as we are late Check in, we want to hang DND sign on door to make sure no one is disturbing us while we are sleeping but there is no DND to sign to hang and in the early morning, Housekeeping staff is knocking our room door to just gave a bathroom slipper.
