+ Really convenient if you have things to do around Deira and Bur Dubai Breakfast was amazing. Great selection of foods (including a variety of Indian items). The breakfast staff were always cheerful and helpful esp Rizan, Robin, Deepenti, Claris and Cheryl Just what you'd expect from Grand Hyatt....comfortable, clean and everything else you'd need on a holiday. The size of the room was grand to say the least! Staff at the reception were very polite and helpful

+ Not in the busy high tower centre, i like the pool space, gives me peace in my head
− there were 2 buffet restaurants for the breakfast, the first i rate a 10 the other a 3. This is not acceptable, when the 10 is full you need to go to the other, but that one is not so good compared to the other one. So that was a no go

+ Check in process was quick and our room was clean, loved the swimming pools and slides, we got late check out and that was a nice gesture. Staff were all friendly.
− Breakfast buffet was with limited options.
+ Mr Subhash from concierge provided excellent service. He took us to show the room, he was always very courteous throughout our stay in hotel. Mr. Vivek who was at check in desk was very friendly. Overall excellent staff.
