+ location, staff, big room
− the bed is not comfortable. You sink down in the very old soft mattress. the pillows and the covers are very, very soft, not comfortable at all.

+ We stay here again after travel back from Murmansk. We got free upgrade to suite room. The room space is large and comfortable. Nice staff and service!

− Had to wait to check in cause only one person was working at the reception. Bed was squeaky.

− Bathroom isn’t fresh and needs renovation. The shower head is not attached, everything is broken. The water pressure is terrible, hot water arrives after 5 minutes.
