+ First time for me in Moscow, stayed here for 6 nights. Can say my stay here was nothing short of spectacular! The hotel is located within a walking distance to most important attractions and is fairly beautiful. Most unique aspect however is Service; Despite the issue with the payment system we had, they cooperated with us and accepted to provide daily payments instead of a full prepayment. They were also considerate of our needs and made special arrangements in our room. All staff was friendly from reception to housekeeping to concierge, specially Alexander and his colleagues in the latter. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again.
