− One particular Receptionsit was aggresive and extremely rude. Was supossed to be a non smoking hotel, the smell of smoke and overpowering smell of weed was unbearable

+ very nice hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. Friendly staff and nice room. A bit noisy, but nothing earpugs can’t fix ;)
