+ All ok. Had a bit of issue but immediately resolved by Zen hotels!
+ Clean, very nice and modern, bedroom deluxe with the view against the canal was wonderful and cosy, you have very comfortable beds, we loved it and will for sure come back! If you wonder anything about Amsterdam or need any help while your at the hotel ask Gerome, the whole staff is very understanding and gentle, thank you for making our vacation better!
