+ The meals in the hotel are exceptional. Presentation and taste are a very high standard and the staff are very attentive. Our room was a junior suite. Sensational views and a very spacious room with all amenities. House keeper left glass cleaners next to sunglasses and tidied our phone cables with special ties. Lots of extra care and detail which was lovely. Hotel exceptionally clean Hotel staff could not do enough for you at all times.
− No complimentary bus into the heart of Dubai. This would have been a nice extra.
+ Everything was clean and nice a fun place to stay with family and they take great care of the kids. The kuds exploria is amazing. Thebuffe restaurants are really nice as well. Mist of the personal are very friendly.
− Not so helpfull when we got sick due to foodpoison from hotel.
+ This hotel is a dream! the location is beautiful. There are many facilities, spa, pool, gym, restaurants and stores. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I have tried different restaurants and the food was amazing. Perfect! The beds are big and comfortable. the room is huge and the bathroom is beautiful Can't be cleaner Staff is super friendly and polite. They helped with everything, always on top of any request.
+ There was a wide variety to choose from daily. It was awesome! The bed was so comfy, very soft, nice and fresh. Loved it! Spotless!! The service was excellent. There were sanitizers everywhere and face masks at many points. Staff were warm and friendly!
