+ Rooms are nice. Clean.
− The hotel is located in Bur Dubai next to the port. The whole area is not too pleasant to say the least if you are coming to relax. The building needs to be renovated. The dining room is an absolute mess of a place. The breakfast consisted of almost entirely of the Indian food.
