− Long waiting time for checkin and checkout
+ It's near to everything in Dubai, its price is good, they have pool and shuttle bus.
+ It's small comfortable hotel with many useful services (buses to different malls, airport transfer, metro tranfer, bussines center). And it's not far from the airport.
− It's located far enough (15 min walk) from metro station. If you want to go to metro, you need to wait for transfer.
