+ Beside metro station and front of museum of future Michael who was responsible for room service at floor 10 was great and helpful . He did an amazing job thank you for kind hospitality Valley parking was free for the guests

− Services are as bad as it gets... 1.Valet is the worst I have ever seen 2. Phones in the rooms are useless as no one picks up the phone, I had to to keep ringing for 10 mins before anybody picked the phone. 3. House keeping is a joke. They don't replace the glassware but wash under basin with just water and keep it back. No hoovering for 5 nights that I stayed. 4. At the time of booking the features said airport shuttle available (not mentioning extra cost like other paid features) but asked for 300aed for shuttle.

− Check in take too long time I finish procedure around 2:30 pm till find for me room Because all full I received my key at 4:30 pm. They take so long time to send me luggage to my room After many calls
