+ The short walk from the metro & easy fast foods close by
− The chairs and couches in the lounge allthough attractive, are totally worn out and needs a full overhaul by replacing springs & cushions
+ Alfa has the best of the Izmailovo locations, being nearest to Partizanskaya Metro. Another benefit is, of all the Izmailovo hotels, without doubt the most efficient and friendly check in service. This matters when traveling for business.

− Some miserable changes, for example the were not free tea or water in room like before, but I think the hotel provided these changes only for period of World cup 2018.
