− A standard room with a double bed was booked, but the reception staff refused to provide the appropriate room, citing the fact that this option is at the discretion of the hotel. In principle, the situation is not critical, but communication with some hotel staff left not the most pleasant impression. Staff client service "Ostrovok" managed to smooth out the unpleasant situation. Thanks!

− service team-reception. Ive been in HInn many times and only this time reception disappoint me. call them from the room, they never answer. went down to reception to ask for sleeppers, they promise to send in 5 min- never come. the worst shift Im experiensed in Holiday inn
