<em>President Hotel</em> is located in Moscow. The hotel is located on the banks of the Moskva River, in the center of the business and cultural life of the capital. + There are so many things that make it our home away from home. We have stayed there many times. The concierge, VICTOR is such a fine human being. We thank our lucky stars to have him as our Friend.

+ hotel security high level who should enter or not.Sraff recipient are nice and very supportive (English is a major obstacle) /Communication).but they are managing
− Room furniture and toiltes are old , old .... and the Hotel admin need to renovate it.
+ Perfect cleanliness, very good sound insulation between the rooms. Good wi-fi, delicious breakfast. Service staff in the highlands. Near the center. The hotel corresponds to 4 stars. I recommend it.

+ We loved the Presidents Hotel. Everything was great and the staff was very accommodating, nice and helpful. We want to especially acknowledge Victor the hotels concierge. He went above and beyond to help us with scheduling sightseeing tours, taxis and restaurants. He really made our stay so enjoyable, he made us feel welcomed. We are so thankful for all his help. Also the front desk associates Alexandria and Demitri were very helpful and kind to us too! We’ll be back someday & we’ll definitely stay this hotel.

− The room was old, overused, smells bad, the carpet was dirty.
+ The lobby is beautiful and clean and very fashionable. The rooms comfortable and big. I stayed here with my young daughter for two nights and we loved it! We had everything we need. They cleaned the room twice. They provided water and there was a fridge in the room. There was also a shower and a bathtub - so that was nice.
