− My parents were staying in the hotel for 10 days. Last day of their stay the breakfast was paid but their plane was in early morning so we requested for breakfast to be delivered to their room at 6 am before they leave for airport. We also followed up on this the evening before on March 21. In the morning no one came. Only after my dad came down to reception at 6:15 they started preparing a breakfast box for them. Really disappointed with hotel about this situation.
