+ Overall very nice hotel. Serivce excellent, food very nice. We had club lounge access which was also a nice place to sit, eat, drink and relax. Rooms are clean and nice to have Aqua Di Parma toiletries
− Only small things. We booked the spa and they sent confirmation in the wrong language and spelt my partners name wrong. When they they sent it in the right name they had a completely random name. Also we had confirmed a later checkout when we finished in the spa our cards didn’t work meaning we had to go to reception in our robe

+ This is certainly one of the top5 Moscow hotels. Concierge was very helpful in arranging concert tickets for us.
− It is funny to see so many security people right after the main entrance. I would suggest they are less visible to guests.
