+ location
− i will not recommend this hotel for guests who have big luggage or guests with special needs, cause you need to use stairs. Mattress and pillows were not so good.
+ Great location and quiet. Breakfast was sooo good and convenient. If arriving early, can leave luggage at the reception.
− Reception at the second floor. But it was manageable.

− 1.Very small door on the street, hard to see 2.NO lift to reception, reception is on 2nd floor 3.miss my order on Ostrovok,tell me no room when I arrive 4.didn't change bedding, the bed sheets were dirty when my friend reach the room
