+ Location is good.
− There’s no lift in the hotel. And it’s hard to take the package 3 floors. There was no porters helping guest to bring the luggage suitcase from the door to the room. In the hotel there’s no porters, no lift - it’s very uncomfortable.
+ it’s located next to proletarskaya station. Great money/quality ratio! Breakfast was really good. Thanks for the stuff, they do everything really well.
− Maybe for some customers it’s not enough soundproof, also the building is old
