+ This mini hotel maybe only good for Russian citizens.
− If you are a foreign traveler, think twice. Per Russian’s law, hotel shall register international travelers and provide a registration form when they leave. Or Russian police may fine this traveler. I asked the hotel manager to register me when I arrived. She didn’t, but gave me a letter that she made by herself. Obviously, that was a fake document. And consequently, I got a big trouble when I left Moscow to Sant Petersburg. You don’t want to spend a whole afternoon with Russian police to explain what you have been to. So if you are a foreign tourist, go for a formal hotel.

+ Entrance is the left door right in front of the park. 5 minutes walking from Trubnaya. 7 from Tsvetnoy Bulvar. 10 from Sukharyevskaya. 30 minutes from Red Square. Whole lot of landmarks in a 30-40 minutes radius by foot. Bed was alright. It has a table, a TV, a big wardrobe and a small fridge. Clean, tidy and constantly being maintained. Friendly and helpful staff.
