+ Cleanliness was flawless in the hotel in general and the room, but the breakfast area was disappointing and unacceptable.
− Breakfast as buffet arrangement with way too little staff, long waiting times; variety very poor, far below expectation; empty tables were not cleaned for new guests, only few staff to clean and serve, staff was not motivated and guest orientated Reception was great, but in the restaurant I experienced little response to the queries; only few amenities in the bathroom, no liquid soap which I found critical in covid times.
