− Far from everything, no shuttle service
+ Hotel is very close to Dubai International Airport. Breakfast had many Varity with veg options. Rooms are very spacious. I have not seen this big rooms for standard deluxe category. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Room was very clean and house keeping made it perfect every morning. Staff was very polite and i did not have to wait for check-in. it was very quick and luggage was right there in my room in 5 mins.

+ Bed is excellent. Staff are very nice and prompt. Especially housekeeping who do an excellent job. Lobby and common areas are standard. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom linen not great quality and can be improved. Overall at the price the hotel is a steal. Hotel is very clean so is the room Hotel staff overall excellent.

− I asked the reception for late check-out the day I will go out and when I call the guy he was rude, and I asked him for an hour more. He said what time you want to go out and I said just hour or 30 mins to pick up my things. He said "no, we are fully booked, u have 10mins only or otherwise pay extra charge - 150 dirhams". If they are fully booked, why did he asked for extra charge and why did he asked around when u want to go if he will not allow me to have late checkout.
