The Kremlin is nearby, which is visible from the balcony of the house, and there are 2 metro stations of different lines nearby. The panoramic windows of the apartments offer views of Novy Arbat, Moscow City, the House of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Moscow State University and the Victory Monument. Clubs, theaters, museums, embassies, the central zoo and the planetarium are all within walking distance. Restaurants, cafes and bakeries, ATMs of various banks, pharmacies, a mini-market and a large supermarket are all in close proximity. All the windows of the apartments face the street; the apartments have energy-saving double-glazed windows with noise insulation. The apartment consists of a separate bedroom with a work area, a double bed with an orthopedic mattress and hypoallergenic pillows, as well as a combined living room and kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. Guests are offered a 55-inch 4K QNED Smart TV, digital TV and high-speed 5 GHz Wi-Fi, as well as Ethernet in the work desk area. The sofa in the living room folds out into an additional double bed. The apartment has two air conditioners, all windows have tulle and blackout curtains; in the kitchen there is a reverse osmosis drinking water filtration system. Welcome set: fruits, tea, capsule coffee and sugar. The bathroom has disposable toothbrushes, a hygiene kit, sulfate-free shampoo, shower gel and antibacterial cream soap.

+ My family had a wonderful stay! The apartment is new and 100% the same as in the pictures. It is very clean and comfortable. There is everything you need, if you plan to cook. The location is in the center of everything: there are a lot of cafes, bakeries and restaurants around. You need just 10-15 minutes to walk to the Kremlin. The view from the apartment is awesome – one in the daytime and completely another in the night! It has added a very special spirit to our accommodation. Big TV, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable desk, blackout curtains, soundproof windows and many other things made our stay excellent. The host is very friendly and always ready to help with his flash answers. Very much recommended!
