+ The room looked nice, easy access

Cardboard walls. Next door a dog was barking a whole day starting from check in time, it was obvious that the dog was left alone. At 11pm I reached out to the owner and she said she’ll do something, but didn’t. She said she contacted the people next door and then never got back to me. I texted again at 11:45pm but already didn’t get the answer. Around 1am people came back and additionally to barking dog now we could hear people shouting. We were hoping it’ll stop eventually but it didn’t. We had to leave apartment at 2:15 am because it was impossible to sleep there in all those sounds. In the morning I got a message “you should’ve called”, I saw no point in calling since I sent the message before and the issue wasn’t resolved anyhow. The owner said she’s sorry but I paid money for a stay and had to leave the apartment in the middle of the night, I don’t think “sorry” works here.
