+ Nothing. It was really a bad experience.
− I booked a big apartment and they gave me a small one with dirty staff. The studio was not maintained and the window was broken and can not be closed. All the noise from Arbat street get into the apartment. I couldn't sleep during days I was forced to spent in the apartment.
