+ This hotel is the best hotel in Moscow 1000/10. Starting with the greetings and welcoming by Elina who was a great and friendly person. She took us in a quick tour inside the hotel and she was always keep asking for any help that we need. Also, special thanks to Hassan who helped us with reservations and giving us recommendations for places to visit. We were lucky to be their guests. The hotel is clean, new, quiet and very near to most of tourists places and restaurants. This hotel is No.1 and deserves every penny. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Thanks Hassan & Elina and I will return back to this hotel next time sure

Friendly and kind staff, they assisted us in multiple ways—whether by providing translation during remote calls, offering advice and details for trips, suggestions, or places, and always responding to our calls in either **English or Arabic**. *(Special thanks to Eileen, Hassan, Qasoura, and Wasim—especially Hassan for his incredible support throughout!) 2. A welcome basket with Russian products was provided. 3. After they know that our child with us, they: - Prepared the sofa to be an extra bed - Provided towels and slippers for our sun. - Included children’s toothbrushes/toothpaste. 4. Daily room cleaning service. 5. Heated bathroom floors for comfort. 6-bathroom hand spray available. 7. Air conditioning available. 8. Fully equipped kitchen with: - Cooking utensils. - A dishwasher and washing machine. 9. The hotel is quiet with excellent soundproofing. 10-they helped us with luggage, and they offer luggage storage room tell we came back.
