− There was no clear instructions to the property. We couldn’t find anyone who could at least help us navigating to the hotel until midnight 12. The hotel people are not cooperative too.

− the last day there was no hot water and the water system had a problem. we could not use the shower and the toilet which is a very basic need from a room.
