− It was nice to stay and use. However, after checking out, they did not return the deposit of 5,000 rubles, making excuses such as the curtain ring was missing, the wall was dented and stained, and the drawer was missing. We used it really cleanly, and if they do not return the deposit like this, I cannot trust them and make a reservation. Does that mean I have to take pictures for an hour after checking in?
