− worst apartment i've lived not just in russia also in my entire life, it's very small, not enough space for two people, the owner sent us a document containing of 8 pages of rules when we moved in, i didn't have a good feeling about it, but it was late i didn't want to make any changes. the sofa bed is old and delicate, when we checked out, the owner accused us of breaking it, but it's like it the whole time, the owner said she "fixed" it not changed it, so be careful, it's a broken bed, we didn't take out the trash, due to the extra "cleaning fee" they charged us(other apartments i've lived in didn't charge us extra), but apparently you have to do the cleaning job yourself too,
