+ It look goot at first view. Good location, near a subway station. Parking place in front of building.
− Cleanlines-no good. Dirty bathroom and kitchen dishes. But we told it to administrator. There is a lot of noise from the next door apartment-everything is very aloud. You can hear the TV and people from the neighboring apartment as if it is "on" in your apartment. And main thing-waste pump is working in every single drop of water you use. And it is horrible noise again! No calm here. Sorry. Not recommended. Only if it is necessary for you for one night.
