+ The room was walking distance to cafes, a restaurant, bus stop and metro.
− The bed matress was full of hair. The floor, the windows were quite dirty as if noone cleaned for a long time. The curtains were dirty, too long and unnecessary. Before we arrived there, I read the previous guests' review and wrote to them. The lady said " it was an isolated incident and it willnot happen to us, please come". But unfortunately just the same thing happened to us. We were at the taxi and forced to go to a different location. What a coincidence! There are only 2 reviews and they exactly match! If you donot bother about last minute surprises you can try this place but I will never again. Not recommend!
− We actually were not able to see the apartment that we rented. When we arrived and called the owner she said that the apartment was not available and forced us to take a taxi to a different location, to a different apartment. This was a 1 bedroom apartment with an un-renovated crummy bathroom, un-renovated kitchen. Instead of a 2 bedroom, 2 beds which we paid for, this apartment had 1 bedroom with 1 bed and a sofa in the living room. When we complained to ZenHotels, the owner responded through ZenHotels that she will move us to the original apartment shortly. Then she claimed that we didn't complain directly to her, etc., etc. Not recommended.
